All our products are selected for their capacity to make your stay special and invigorating, and allow you to rediscover the excellence in things of every day life. 

Four large guest-rooms, all styled by Karin, occupy the upper floors of the eighteenths-century villa. From all the rooms you can enjoy a 180° on the Val di Chiana countryside and the historical town of Montepulciano. In the guesthouse, breakfast is served at the table with organic products sourced or farmed locally – the five-hectare farm counts olive oil, fresh vegetables and fruits among its produce. Our plant-based vegetarian restaurant offer dishes prepared at the moment only with fresh, seasonal and local products.

From sleeping to eating, to the quality of furnishings and garden care, everything is designed to allow the mind and body to regain their balance and calm. At Fattoria San Martino we seek since 20 years to find an equilibrium between human creation and Mother Nature.
