With this ideal in mind, Karin and Antonio founded San Martino 25 years ago on the hill with the two pines. Since then, curiosity and innovation have always accompanied the growth of this special place. From biodynamics to bioarchitecture, from the natural pool to choosing a vegetarian and vegan kitchen – the quality of life in all its dimensions has become the essence of Fattoria San Martino. Today, despite Antonio’s passing, his love for nature and all its inhabitants continues through his children and Karin, who carry on his legacy with the same passion and dedication.
