The four rooms, fully furnished by Karin, are located on the first and second floors of the baroque villa and offer a 360° view of the Val di Chiana and the historic town of Montepulciano.

Our suites are furnished exclusively with natural and noble materials, carefully selected to create a balance between the outside world and the inner world. Even the walls, painted with eco-friendly colors, reflect our commitment to sustainability. The entire building has been built according to the principles of bioarchitecture, to combine comfort and respect for nature.
Every detail, from Karin’s artistic creations to the rooms offering breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills, has been designed to transport you beyond space and time, providing you with an intense sense of well-being. Our suites are 40 m² and are named Flores, Miran, and Mark. The rooms offer a living area with armchairs, chairs, and a table, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a small minibar to ensure comfort for our guests. The suites can accommodate up to four people, two adults and two children under 12 years old, with children up to 6 years old staying for free.
Our Junior Suites are named Sophia and Rolando. Sophia is 23 m² and features a double bed, a sofa, and a private bathroom with a shower. Rolando is 30 m² and has a double bed, a small living area, and a private terrace overlooking the historic town of Montepulciano. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a small minibar to ensure comfort for our guests. Each suite can accommodate a maximum of two adults.
We also have a family suite called Casetta. The room is 70 m² and offers a small living room with a sofa, chairs, and a table, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms are separate, offering a double bed and two single beds. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old, with children up to 6 years old staying for free.
