Our suites are furnished exclusively with natural and noble materials, carefully selected to create a balance between the outside world and the inner world. Even the walls, painted with eco-friendly colors, reflect our commitment to sustainability. The entire building has been built according to the principles of bioarchitecture, to combine comfort and respect for nature.
Every detail, from Karin’s artistic creations to the rooms offering breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills, has been designed to transport you beyond space and time, providing you with an intense sense of well-being. The room is 70 m² and offers a small living room with a sofa, chairs, and a table, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms are separate, offering a double bed and two single beds. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old, with children up to 6 years old staying for free.

SUITE
Our suites are 40 m² and are named Flores, Miran, and Mark. The rooms offer a living area with armchairs, chairs, and a table, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a small minibar to ensure comfort for our guests. The suites can accommodate up to four people, two adults and two children under 12 years old, with children up to 6 years old staying for free.
Sophia
Rolando
JUNIOR SUITE
Our Junior Suites are named Sophia and Rolando. Sophia is 23 m² and features a double bed, a sofa, and a private bathroom with a shower. Rolando is 30 m² and has a double bed, a small living area, and a private terrace overlooking the historic town of Montepulciano. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a small minibar to ensure comfort for our guests. Each suite can accommodate a maximum of two adults.

We would like to offer our guests the possibility of meeting people on the same wavelength but also to enjoy moments of introspection.
The Suites are very large, bright and furnished entirely with natural materials, fine and chosen to create a balance between the outside and the inside, with the territory, the human being and his interiority and the environment. San Martino also stands out for its attention to detail: some of Karin’s handmade creations give life to an environment that our guests feel is theirs. All rooms enjoy a 180° view of the Tuscan hills and the historic city of Montepulciano (except Sophia). All have air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, king size beds with cotton futons and sheets of fine natural fibers.
