The Fattoria San Martino embodies a dream
to create a place where people can reconnect with the nature around them, feel the power of the sun and the energy of the wind on their skin, inhale the scent of the earth, plants, and flowers, and enjoy the beauty of the landscape – even if only for a day. With this ideal in mind, Karin and Antonio founded San Martino 25 years ago on the hill with the two pines. Since then, curiosity and innovation have always accompanied the growth of this special place. From biodynamics to bioarchitecture, from the natural pool to choosing a vegetarian and vegan kitchen – the quality of life in all its dimensions has become the essence of Fattoria San Martino. Today, despite Antonio’s passing, his love for nature and all its inhabitants continues through his children and Karin, who carry on his legacy with the same passion and dedication. The San Martino family continues to preserve this place with love and care, where history, the present, and the future of a project aimed at changing the world come together.

Suites
The six rooms, fully furnished by Karin, are located on the first and second floors of the baroque villa and offer a 360° view of the Val di Chiana and the historic town of Montepulciano.
Breakfast
At the Farm, breakfast is prepared exclusively with fresh organic products and served at the table every morning. Many of the ingredients are produced by us and at km0, or purchased from local producers selected over time.
