Blissful weekend 🍁

when the rust colors of autumn surround us,
I notice a subtle
desire in each one
to prepare a den
for the season to come.

The brief moments of complicity,
that sweet magic
that sometimes happens
are bricks and dry straw
to prepare a safe shelter when the cold
comes knocking again.

And when instead we,
often due to preconceptions,
close our hearts,
scared of the other,
here this magic, this miracle finds itself
without a home.

The moments that I have captured
in the last ten days and that I share today,
are a wish.
A wish
that hearts do not stop opening,
and that we overcome fear and doubt
when it comes.

Because when we trust,
shelter is everywhere
we become One.
